Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture /Aquaculture/Forestry, Marketing or other related course;
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Sales – Retail/General distribution management and marketing in the area to be covered;
- Generates a new market in assigned areas to boost sales and with strong leadership skills.
- Preferably with experience in animal production nutrition and farm management in swine and poultry.
- Personable, flexible, honest, reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills;
- Knows how to drive
- Willing to travel
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and monitoring
- Flexible and open to be given assignments outside the comfort zone;
- Computer literate and with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
